Different AI models consume credits at different rates. Pricing is subject to change without notice; however, current pricing is always available within the Service. You are solely responsible for understanding the credit cost of a model before using it. Credits consumed through chats are non-refundable regardless of the model used or the outcome of the interaction.

5.4 Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms. Unused credits do not expire but are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models through the Service is provided “as-is.” You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using such content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
